just know that more than 1/3 of the entire authorized has traded on the front-loaded pump. the stock is only up 25% of the day and still selling off. that is called dilution. the company finished tapping the authorized on these filings. somebody bought 250 mil shares at open and dumped them above .0015. you have to move with the volume and level ii. this was a pump and dump.
