For comparison, if you want to see what happens when an MJ play files and puts out an acquisition PR at the same time, check out MEDH.

UBQU is in a similar situation, just with way higher O/S. All it takes is a little filing and disclosure nudge.

And I'll say, UBQU has way better customer facing retail sales and potential. Just needs a savvy CEO to strategically make it happen.
