Global conditions in energy and a drop from 120 in oil to 20 caused almost all energy projects to be delayed or tabled so to think it did not affect this project at that time is just plain stupid.
All the companies involved also declared the supporting releases at the time who were billion dollar companies so i guess this small company told them to put out releases so they could not put shares in the market to not take advantage of those increases in stock price. again just stupid
