If I was to speculate here (rather than any hard evidence), I would say Ben is using this one for himself, he holds all the preferred shares with a humongous cash in value.

They will be restricted but obviously a set up for a future setup.

This should 4 or 5 bag short term just watch the class A restricted, that is the only dilution in the future.
