Just speculation, but it could be the open market part that isn't right. Maybe it will be off market and shares retired in some way where they get converted into incentive plans for the investors. Once again that is my opinion and only speculation. Not sure how it will all pan out, but I have my faith in SB, and like how progressive the company is
