No business would reverse into a half-shell if that fact were disclosed. Maybe the current owner was unaware of the 875 million shares that can’t be eliminated from the OS when she filed for control. That would explain all the “hard work” to get current and then not saying anything.
The Chinese had no luck in several years of ownership…
