Did UBQU mention earlier that they were getting into the Crypto business? If so, the 30 billioN share increase is probably for buying assets associated with Crypto. Before they were into CBD, they were into software. As you know, programming is an integral part of Crypto.

My opinion, they will buy into a company that is already into Crypto by paying them with shares to take over the company.

They will now be a holding company with two divisions: CBD and Crypto. I also believe at some point they will do a reverse. I can't imagine a company having over 50 billion shares. IMO
