You are probably right.

While the O/S is a tad high for my liking (I typically prefer shells with the O/S less than 100MM), I think the float is super-low.

Alpharidge touts protecting legacy shareholders. Saying they will be including clauses that new owners cannot r/s for two years.

If true, this lower floater should FLY at some point.

Assuming, of course, that the float is quite low.
