I was positive this was closing green when I didn't see a pre-market signal this morning.

Also:
The DTCC have just confirmed rule NSCC-2021-010 and set the effective date for 24th August prohibiting naked shorting and FTD's
Also, a request was made for data relating to citadel fines and the SEC denied the request as it could interfere with ongoing investigations, this means that Citadel is being investigated by the SEC!
