$USRM DEAD Ticker and No RegMed business occurring whatsoever. I’ve noticed over the past 2 weeks retail shareholders playing games with the share price. I reported the Stock manipulation to the SEC. One person is doing matched trades between two accounts. So illegal but not surprising.

Miguel Mike Michael Tomas MUST FILE THE SEC 10-Q by TOMORROW OR BE LATE AGAIN - aka the QUARTERLY MASSIVE LOSS AND CASH BURN AND NO SALES REPORT LOL !!

They have essentially NO SALES NOW ON THIS 10-Q AS HE DUMPED-OUT OF THE LAST CLINIC THEY HAD mid the prior 10-Q and gave it to Kristy the Zoomba Spin Class fake PhD greatest stem cell scientist of all time LMAO !

This one should be FUGLY UGLY in terms of LITTLE TO NO SALES and burning and smoking cash on ENDLESS LAWSUITS while little to no actual "business" is taking place from the $269 a month rent-a-desk WORLD HEADQUARTERS sham-o-rama LOL !!

Will slice n dice that 10-Q LOSS REPORT and NO SALES REPORT if/when they get it TIMELY FILED OR NOT :)
