No I’ve just been in a few over the years where once they suspended trading for either fraud or suspicious activity, that immediately kills all momentum and or faith in the company.

If there were anything truly suspicious then I would have found something in filings but just seems to me like MMs know how to psychologically get people to sell or buy by using charts and pricing points.

From watching the Lvl2 somebody is clearly buying but company is diluting small amounts of shares. MMs cannot buy shares directly from noteholders or company so they have to float them into market and then try to get the shares back from retail. Which they can do from either choking out or playing games and boxing ask and bid while using ghost orders (10k you’ll see on Lvl2 that do not move). A LVL3 would show them all….

Hence the reason the price fluctuations are volatile for OTCs during a round or conversion.
