If someone has shares and they are trying to load up more they can put them up for sale on the ask to create a “wall” that can thus make other shareholders think there is a big seller and want to take their profits and get out for now. Idk it’s all speculation though. Just seemed that way to me when I looked. I try not to look but it’s tempting lol
