There's a case in court. Their lawyer responded. Why wouldn't they have a lawyer? Isn't that how it works?
These cases drag on forever. And even if Jake wins, I don't see how he "takes over" NSAV. Let's assume he gets 58M shares.
I don't know how many he has, but he doesn't have enough to file a 13D, unless someone can point me to one.
I'm not even sure what the point of the case is. He got restricted shares. That information is in NSAV's reporting. What's the mystery?
Also, just to recap. 80 something million shares were transferred from restricted to unrestricted on 8/10. Anyone know what that was about? Was it related to this case, or to JT leaving? Guess we won't know unless somebody files the appropriate forms.
