Agreed, dlog, Black Horse does seem to back SPACS which typically result in mergers. Humanigen has a stated goal of partnering with other biotechs or pharmaceuticals, whether domestic or international. If Black Rock is sponsoring a SPAC that would result, for instance, in a foreign company merging with HGEN, more power to them if that company can trade on NASDAQ after the merger.
