I can't open this link but I think its the document talking about listing on NASDAQ by September , correct? Well that's not happening now so its possible they figured out a different way to raise capital. What about the restricted shares, can they play a role as a vehicle to raise capital without dilution??? I admit this is outside my expertise. Just thinking that things have changed dramatically since this document was presented.
