My belief and opinions was that TD Ameritrade has such large list that can only liquidate positons that why they pushed the timeline back... So,many OTC Companies can fulfill the guidelines.

TD AMERITRADE would lose a lot of customers and recieved a ton of complaints.

They giving companies to revived and submit their filings. Then TD Ameritrade lists becomes smaller, and less damage to the overall market.

Just my opinion. Because I seen this happen in the past based on my experiences.
