Hey King, no dilution right now. The 10,010 shares are from the convertibles in q1. Have a look at page F-15:
On February 28, 2021 Crown Bridge Partners, LLC converted notes payable in the principal amount of $9,510 and $500 of fees into 26,000,000 shares of common stock. During the six months ended June 30, 2021 the Company repaid the remaining principle balance of $9,708.
