No one has ever gotten a dividend from Eddie that I know of and I don't see that happening now.

FINRA stands for "Financial Industry Regulatory Authority." IMO they're not likely to approve such a pointless share swap between two empty "shell risk" tickers with a combined A/S of 56 BILLION and an O/S of over 45 billion. Billions more would be required to make good on his divy promise!!!
