Both are being argued. The letter responds with facts to all the false claims that NP paid $500-$1 million in stock holder money to publish. Another Fife loan on the horizon.

This is a false claim made that is not backed up by any facts. Furthermore, if you read the document, NP asked Incelldx to present CYDY with a proposal for CYDY to purchase Incelldx, not the other way around.

“Best thing for Leronlimab and shareholders is for the 13D and it’s supporters to crawl back into the sewer.”

Best thing for leronlimab is for NP to take the shares he continues to award himself and step down before he completely destroys the company.
