Here is why the “no revenue” drumbeat, as you say, is relevant. Dennis has been pushing his technology for about 10 years and has not been able to sell a single dollar’s worth of it. ZERO.

And ever since the RM “revenue” has always been just around the corner…but it never was.

If it was something that could actually be commercialized he would have achieved that already.

So now we have an acquisition…of a European based company that was bought by a PE firm in 2017 and is now being sold by them and requires operating capital.

Think about that…a PE firm is selling one of its investments that is cashflow negative. To me that speaks volumes…and sounds like they are unloading a bad investment.

Dennis has not demonstrated an ability to actually grow or manage an actual US business and now he is suppose to be able to turn things around at a foreign company?

I doubt it.
