The simple game plan here is to evaluate the announcement and determine the value of the business. That should give you a area that one thinks they should sell. This is a trade and it will have it's swings in price. The MM will need to gather some shares. That will be your decision when you want to hand them over. I'm gonna make him pay me for mine!!
