Dunno. And things look far more complicated than I previous thought. But what I was trying to get at was, in my mind, NSAV's position in SBC shouldn't matter as far as Jake's lawsuit goes (except for the possibility of Jake possibly getting them to resign if he wins). But that TG Private Equity, Inc.'s "massive position in NSAV" is a different matter. And out of my league.

Guess I'll wait to see what happens tomorrow and what the outcome will be.
