This Friday about 3,500 OTC tickers will be restricted to "sell only". By end of September these days tickers will be issued death penalty by SEC and can neither be bought or sold. This will make the remaining tickers more attractive to traders, particularly the cheaper ones in the trips ($0.000x) like CBDL's current PPS. I'm not saying this is a long-term investment, but it could be a good trade opportunity once one-third of OTCs are killed off by the SEC.
