Shouldn't a billion potential compound (B) and another thought to be (K) have more than 2 employees supporting the development? Does Leo really believe he's fooling anyone with his filings? Yes, he'll grab some penny flippers who could care less about structure but big money will never invest here... Alphasigma read the filings and offered Leo a bend over deal...Don't kid yourselves, structure/appearance is everything to draw partners/investment.
