ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ will not match with 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 09, 08, 07, 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, unless Z was first in the alphabet.

The matching sequence with:
A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z will be,
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26

If you mix these randomly into a pot with coprimers they will all match up perfectly, every time. Even if you mix letters of different nationalities into the mix, coprimers will insure that the A,B,Cs match with the 1,2,3s, eliminating the foreign letters from contaminating the 26 number matches with the A,B,Cs.

No other PCR can do this without contamination. Coprimers are 2.5 million times more sensitive / precise than any other PCR. CODX HAS THE BEST PCR IN THE WORLD.
