MM's seem to be bringing down PPS on all the Custodianships and possible Merger stocks, (ASTA,LLBO) also. Seems like they are doing BID/ASKS to the downside , instead of trying Bid/Ask to the upside, I'm sure there would be more trading if they tried the upside.
