Might be awhile yet. AmWaste took about 6 months from LoI to acquisition. This next one had LoI from May, so going off a roughly similar timeline could be looking at November or later.

Not very exciting in the meantime, but would rather have a position than not when fireworks fly and who knows if 6 months was an outlier. Could be a lot shorter too.
