NEWCOMERS TO BZWR PLEASE READ:

This stock price is trending up sharply at the time of this writing for several key reasons.

1. They are experiencing explosive revenue and income growth !

In the Q ending on 2/28 they reported $289K in revenues with a bottom line loss of <$30K>. In the last reported Q ending on 5/31 they reported just under $3M in revenues (with an M) and made $1.2M in bottom line profit. That revenue figure was 90% of what they did in the 9 trailing months leading up to 5/31. Can you say KABOOM !

The impact that had on the balance sheet was to bring a company with a negative net worth of almost <$400K> on 2/28 to a positive value of $1.4M and the extinguishing of all convertible debt.

"third quarter results has enabled a 33% reduction in total liabilities and no leftover convertible notes."

2. The dilution seems to be over.

OS on 2/28 was 350M. OS on 5/31 was 373M. OS today is 375M. You can see the trend. Nothing kills a Pink stock run-up like dilution. But when it ends coinciding with explosive financial performance the run up can be magnified. The current float is minimal and manageable at $87M shares.

To find this combination of events in a Pink play is almost unheard of. In a cesspool of pipe dreams, heavily indebted companies, dilution machines and scams known as the OCT market BZWR is a diamond very worth of you considering as a long term investment IMO.

The management team is professional and transparent. Follow their tweets at https://twitter.com/bizwarriorlife?lang=en The twitter board is used to attract new customers as much as it is used to promote the company as an investment; which I find refreshing.

Technically speaking the share price is in a full fledged breakout at the time of this writing and I expect it to test a new 52 week high of .27 soon.

I won't make a prediction as to how high it can go because I can't find anything Pink on the OTC with this exact combination of driving factors to even make a comparison. But we all know that garbage often trades at a significantly higher market cap.
