Turns out they don't have to file remaining financials before sept28.

The way I read things was Pink Limited Information was sufficient to allow brokers to quote the stock under the new rules.

And that only requires a 10K (unaudited if you wish) and no attorney letter. You do have to be current with whatever OTCmarkets demands, like Company Profile.

So, Heddle is Golden until next year, when he can call up his staff accountant again for another 10K.
