It's official then!

Thanks, B! Same thing we were notified about before, but this makes it official. The transaction closed today. $350,000 was paid for full control of this shell today.

That tells me two things with great confidence:

1. The China crack down won't apply to us.

2. Nobody puts up $350,000 to watch it go up in smoke! :)
