I'm just curious how you get to a fair value pps of $85.

One negative news that came out yesterday is that the expected fourth phase 3 trial start in 2021 will happen in 2022. They did raise their guidance for royalties by $10M but most of the raised guidance is because of the $40M upfront payment from ViiV which the market already knew about, so I'm not really surprised by the muted response.
