AYSI - That or looking to acquire a larger position to potentially pursue a appraisal rights case. I'm exploring the issue myself and have not sold any shares at this point. Trying to gauge cost and risk/reward given my position size.

I think the information statement/proxy on the merger will be available at some point soon. I'd like to have that information before deciding which route to take.
