Now remember...both HDC & Intel would rather settle than go through a trial plus George is going on 76 years old and would rather spend his time on the golf course with James. I sincerely believe (just me) any settlement offer say $200 million HDC will probably settle. As far as I'm concern HDC will probably grab what they can to safely wind up this company with a few dimes for shareholders.

Put yourself in HDC position if you were holding as many shares as George is you would not need a huge settlement from Intel would you! Now those holding 100k shares or less may still think about visiting the soup line for lunch?
