DB,D4L, Rapz or anyone else have an opinion on Apples response yesterday? I did a quick read and while a poster on another board characterized it as persuasive, I did not agree. Two areas that Apple blatantly and arrogantly lied was first with Koh and then the patents themselves. Apple tried to make a claim how good and knowledgeable Judge Koh is regarding patents and how the Mobile Gateway patents are similar to the RBR patents and therefore should be tried in Kohs Court ( Arrogance, lies and manipulation). Apple also tried to degrade our patents as they have done in the past by saying that they added nothing to the invention. In so doing I feel that they indirectly insulted the PTAB for approving Voip pals patents. Apple is asking Albright to reject our Injunction and TRO request, stay the case while Koh reviews and issues another Declartory Judgement. I am praying that Albright sees through all the lies and manipulation and rules against Apple. If not it would be very devastating for our chances going forward IMO. the prophet
