Whenever (not always) the candle comes above the B. Bands usually 3 green candles. The B.Band is not soilid it is fluid and moves everyday that is why I alwys look at them

The MM'S use the 2 minute charts during the day they keep it near the center.

If THEIR IS ONE THING I AM SURE ABOUT IS I AM USUALLY WRONG
