Should not the Patent application, and the Patent description, and the Patent's detailed description in words and detailed drawings, pictures, and diagrams, CLEARLY state what the product does, without question?

Is not that what a Patent is all about, at its very core of reason to exist?

I mean, this seems like it either does, or it doesn't, create some form of combustion. Do we need a rocket scientist instead of a judge, to rule here? Shouldn't take more than a few hours, and save millions in lawyer fees. Oh, that's right. Never mind.
