I also forgot to mention how expensive it is to participate in the trade shows. IF they are going to as many as they say these expenses can add up in a hurry. The food show I went to with friends cost 5,000 just for there entry fee. They rationalized it by pointing out that Edie's Ice Cream went from a "mom and pop" business to what it is today in five years.. If you get a big distributor to come on board through one of these shows you've got it made. SH
