While looking up SwappApp info , I stumbled on this 2021 story about another private company unicorn called Knock.

"The company plans to raise $400 million to $500 million through an IPO or a reverse merger with a publicly traded shell firm, Bloomberg reported, citing anonymous sources. It hopes to be valued at $2 billion after the process concludes."

The "shell" isn't named yet.
