This is all MM's and/or their clients, its pretty obvious when you see buys for a period or 15 minutes or so, and then wala, sells in the exact same amount or a little more in the next 15 minutes. Pretty easy to see this stock is manipulated. OTC madness is MM's paradise. SEC couldn't care less, and they know it.
