Here are some phenomena that will help explain stocks. Summer doldrums do occur due to vacation time, etc. Pure Hemp-CBD legalization is still pending. Why would any stock really go on a wild run absent of any major catalyst?

This is the time you accumulate

I have zero doubts with SIPC and pure Hemp-CBD legalization

But then again I totally understand market dynamics
