No one said that the "court has acted," not even me. I responded to a claim that lawyers are working on recognition and enforcement. That's a false statement. They can't work on those steps until:

1. Appellate process is complete
2. The Foreign Judgement is served.
3. The Brazil Court starts the Recognition process
4. The Brazil Court sides with the Florida Court's decisions.
5. Enforcement begins after Step 4.
