The Supreme court should have jumped on that unlawful edict the day it was issued and said "Oh, hell no you don't! This is now a power struggle between the branches and SCOTUS is showing its ball-less, no teeth actions. Kavanaugh especially should have jumped and demanded the case be heard asap since it was bold faced grab for landlords livelyhoods (taking).
