Well, All the new management guys PR'd was that they were 'launching' the NSAV Exchange on August 9th.

And they did. And they never sed it would be functional.

Unfortunately JT forgot to send me the Super Secret Decoder glasses [I'm sure they are in the mail] so I could see the hidden messages in Yeun's video.
