I agree on all fronts including the fact that they will be faster in the future. There was definitely a learning curve and I'm sure there's still a little bit more to learn but I'm also certain that in the future the time frame will be short and significantly. The majority of the delays this time was not only due to red tape but they had significant financial issues until the very end of 2020. Our creditworthiness has increased substantially and we are a much lower risk at this point opening the door to a lot better and a lot more financing options.
