Good Stick, you may be aware that we now have computers. If we could do what you suggest we would have precise indications of where the virus is and where it is likely to be moving. We could even get a very good handle on who is infecting who. We could quarantine areas of infected people and others in danger with precision and bring in vaccines and treatments as needed as well as other useful steps (i.e.social distancing, masking, hand washing) and reduce infections and sickness tremendously.

Still, it does look to me like you asked this question with some stupid response in mind so have at it but please don't distort what Jesus thought, said or did, again.
