Whoa whoa whoa. Couple alright statements there before it all fell apart. Yes, you still have your shares. They aren’t worth anything because the underlying company is worth zero and they also can’t be traded so you can never get any value for them. So they aren’t “safe” obviously but you still have them.

Now the “qualified bidder” and “STA” stuff are items you can’t even defend and should give up ASAP.
