Coltrane: You give far too little credit to scammers. If this is a scam that is what they do. They maintain the illusion. They issued a stock dividend, not a cash dividend, of restricted shares. Did not cost them a dime! Without a certified audit they can make anything seem legit.

I understand that some people want to believe so much in this being legit that anything said by the scam artists will be taken as being real.
