For any actual investors out there, I took a toodle past their niagara on the lake property. It looks deserted. There is chain link fence across the driveway and tho the security gates are still there the guard booth is gone. The place they bought next door looks abandoned as well. No lights, no fans no activity just silence and over grown weeds (not the good kind) The Coyote’s Run Winery next door (which they secretly bought as a potential store front for farm gate sales) is now owned by Niagara College and it is growing grapes.
