"Well I think it's really quite simple.....uh the markets are doing well uh because of ultra low interest rates, right >.....and uh - the bond market gives ya' NOTHING.....in fact, the bond market give ya' a NEGATIVE real rate of return....and uh.....as you know the bond market's 5 times / 10 times BIGGER than the stock market so.....as long as we have low interest rates....we're gonna have a rising equity market......And uh - We think rates are gonna stay low for 2 / 3/ 4 / 5 years I dunno......I don't think governments can afford to watch interest rates go back to 3-4 percent, y'know ? So......"
