Yes.
TDA dumps after 8/13th, I’ll be buying a few closer to the end of Aug as many will be getting current and cool by then. Or we hope? From the 6/30 rush to get OTC applications in, it takes 6-8weeks to get pink current status. Whos gonna make it?
I assume after 9/28, Stop and yield sign will be history? And get this, around page 99 on the Form 15 rule, it says R/M shells get an extension of 18 months? Tell me TDA will give a chit? They hate OTC stocks.
